A meeting of the Road Committee has been called for the morning of Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. in the Conference Room at the Police Jury Complex located at 507 West Main Street in Homer, LA.


The agenda is as follows –


1. Loss claim received from Mrs. Priscilla Pitts Malary of 755 Liberty Hill Road, Homer LA concerning a broken windshield on March 14, 2025.


2. Loss claim received from Mrs. Jenni M Williams of 19921 Hwy 2, Lisbon LA concerning a broken windshield on March 14, 2025.


3. Quote from Brazos Industries for spraying Clerk of Court building roofs.


4. Quote from Emergency Power Systems for the annual servicing of the generators at the CPSO, Road Barn and PJ Admin Bldg.


5. Request for certain repairs to the Assessor’s Office


6. Request for certain repairs to the Voting Machine storage building.


7. House Bill 147 concerning possible election for video poker within Claiborne Parish.


8. Any other personnel related issues.


9. Any other financial related issues.


10. Any other Parish building related issues.


11. Any other road, equipment, or other parish related issues
